The dashboard.

The Dashboard is where you live day-to-day. Today’s session dominates the screen with a single CTA — Begin session, Mark completed, or View session depending on its state. The week strip across the top shows the full week at a glance; tap any day to jump to that session.

Past weeks are reachable via the navigation arrows. They’re always viewable but never regenerated — once a week is done, it’s history.

Weekly reflection

A short end-of-week card appears once you’ve resolved 50% of the week’s sessions, or from Friday onwards if you’ve done at least one. Pick how the week felt (low / about right / strong) and optionally add a one-line note about anything we should know. Submit it before Saturday morning so the AI reads it when next week generates. The card disappears once submitted.

Log off-program activities

The + Log an extra activity button captures workouts you did outside the program — a hike, a pickup game, a ski day. Activity type is free-text; duration is required; RPE, distance, HR, and notes are optional. The AI reads these into next week’s prompt as additional weekly volume — so a 90-min hike Saturday means it doesn’t stack a long ruck on Tuesday.
