Reschedule, skip, substitute.
Four ways to flex a prescribed session — pick the one that fits:
- Reschedule — move a session to a different day this week. Use when life happens (work surge, weather, sleep). Stays in the program; just moves on the calendar.
- Skip — “I’m not doing this one.” Optional reason chips (Sick, Injured, Too tired, etc.) help the AI program around your context.
- Substitute exercise — “Can’t do this one, give me an alternative.” Available on both run sessions (swaps to an equivalent run) AND strength exercises (swap any prescribed exercise for an alternative that hits the same muscle group with the equipment you have).
- Same target, different format (cardio) — listed below the prescription on cross-train and run sessions. Pick whichever modality fits your day; log notes about what you actually did.
