The weekly rhythm.

IronShift programs one week at a time. Every Saturday morning at 8am local time, your next week rebuilds. The rebuild reads everything you logged the previous week — sets, RPE, feedback, reflections, synced activities, off-program work — and adjusts the upcoming week accordingly.

You can preview next week’s plan from Saturday onwards. The current week stays put unless you explicitly reschedule individual sessions. Past weeks become history — they’re always viewable but never regenerated.

Captures fatigue and execution quality the bar weight can’t. The AI uses RPE drift to decide whether to push, hold, or back off next week.
