Upper-body emphasis.

Hybrid stream only. Open Settings → Training inputs → Program shape → Hybrid preferences → Upper-body emphasis.

When on, the AI adds a dedicated hypertrophy upper-body session to the week — higher rep ranges, more accessory work, focused on visible chest / shoulders / arms growth. On cardio-leaning blocks it trades one easy cardio session for it; on strength-leaning blocks it stacks alongside the existing lifting work.

Off by default. Best left on when you want visible upper-body growth alongside the cardio block. Saves apply to next week’s plan.
