Strength focus.

Three options, available on Strength and Hybrid streams in Settings → Training inputs → Program shape under the stream’s preferences card:

  • Compounds first — squat / deadlift / bench / overhead press get most of the volume. Accessories trim to weak-point work.
  • Compounds + accessories — compounds drive the session but shoulders, arms, back, and posterior chain also progress.
  • Balanced default — pick a sensible balance; you don’t have a strong preference.

On the Hybrid stream this drives accessory selection most when the balance slider leans strength. On the Strength stream it shapes every working session. Saves apply to next week’s plan.
