In a session
Article 03 · In a session

Feedback chips.

Tap-to-select chips at session completion alongside RPE. Optional. Each chip is a structured signal the engine acts on next week.

  • Strength sessions: weights too light / heavy, volume too much / little, felt strong, felt off, pain.
  • Run sessions: pace too easy / hard, too long / short, felt strong / off, pain.
  • Cross-train: too easy / hard, too long / short, felt strong / off, pain.

Multi-select (tap several). When you tap “weights too light” on Tuesday’s lower body session, next Tuesday’s lower body session gets heavier weights — directly, not via aggregate signal.
