Switching streams.
Pick a different stream from the bottom of the Program tab. Available streams are the same six you saw at signup — half marathon, marathon, hybrid, strength focus, hypertrophy, hyrox.
What survives the switch:
- Equipment, schedule, injuries, conditioning preferences, units.
- Time-trial history, current VDOT, max HR, 1RMs.
- Logged session history — past weeks stay viewable.
What gets re-asked: the stream-specific sub-questions (block length, event date, slider, division, format, etc.). The new stream rebuilds a fresh skeleton and your first new week generates from week one. Use the editors in Settings → Training inputs → Program shape afterwards to fine-tune any of those answers without restarting.
