Hyrox levers.
The Hyrox stream is built around the standard singles race — eight runs alternating with eight stations, raced solo. The settings that actually shape your prescription are:
- Division (Pro / Open) — in the Program tab → Race goal. Sets the prescribed weights on every loaded station. See Hyrox division.
- Race date — also on the Race goal row. Anchors the peak: the engine counts back from it to place the threshold and race-specific phases.
- Block length (12 / 14 / 16 weeks) — in the Program tab → Training structure. How long the build runs before it reassesses.
The rest of your program is shaped by the same universal settings every stream uses — schedule, equipment, conditioning preferences, benchmarks. The aerobic-base → threshold → race-specific phasing is handled for you. Saves apply to next week’s plan.
