Hyrox format.
Hyrox stream only. Open Settings → Training inputs → Program shape → Hyrox preferences.
Format
- Singles — you race solo. The default; most race entries are singles.
- Doubles — two athletes alternating stations. Per-athlete volume drops about 30%; threshold climbs.
- Mixed doubles — one man + one woman alternating. Same prescription shape as doubles.
- Relay — four-athlete relay; race split four ways.
Experience flags
- First Hyrox race — when on, phase 1 (aerobic base) extends so you’re fully adapted before threshold work and station-specific sessions start.
- Comfortable with wall-ball overhead throws — when off, the AI adds wall-ball technique drills in phase 1 before scaling reps. Turn on if you’re already confident with the squat-to-overhead-throw rhythm.
