Body-part focus.

Hypertrophy stream only. Open Settings → Training inputs → Program shape → Hypertrophy preferences → Body-part focus.

Pick at most one muscle group — chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs (quads + hams), or glutes — and that area gets extra weekly volume and accessory targeting. Selecting more than one dilutes the targeting signal, so the editor is single-pick by design. Choose “Balanced” when no single area is the priority.

Most users rotate the focus block to block — a chest-focus block followed by a back-focus block. Saves apply to next week’s plan.
