Quick recalibrate.
When easy paces have been consistently off — too easy or too hard for two-plus runs in a row — the Quick recalibrate sheet lets you nudge VDOT without booking a fresh time trial. Find it in Settings → Training inputs → Program shape → Quick recalibrate.
Tap how the easy work has felt and we adjust your VDOT a couple of points in the right direction. Marathon-stream users also see a path to update their goal time from the same sheet — useful when a build goes better (or worse) than planned.
Like everything in Training inputs, the change applies on next week’s rebuild. This week’s sessions stay as prescribed. Use a real time trial when you want a precise reset — quick recalibrate is the “directional nudge” path.
