Free-text field in Settings → Injuries & limitations. Read by the AI on every weekly rebuild — sessions adapt around flagged areas without you having to reconfigure each week.

Update it any time something changes. A note like “left knee flared up after intervals” or “avoiding overhead pressing for two weeks” gets respected immediately.
